Meet the West Palm Beach Team Behind Bradford Remodeling Co West Palm Beach
When you call Bradford Remodeling Co West Palm Beach, you’re not getting a rotating cast of anonymous subcontractors. You get the same local crew, job after job, in the same uniforms, answering to the same standard. Our people have built kitchens in El Cid, reframed water-damaged walls in Flamingo Park, and gutted 1950s bathrooms in Southland Park. What unites them isn’t a corporate motto. It’s a shared refusal to leave a job until the site is clean, the scope is documented, and the written guarantee is in your hand. These are the people who show up.

Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 14 years in residential remodeling, the last six of them in Palm Beach County. He is a certified lead carpenter and the person who walks every job before a single tool comes off the truck. His specialty is the rough-in phase, which is the point where framing, plumbing, and electrical all have to land within an eighth of an inch or nothing downstream works. Marcus will talk a homeowner through why a particular wall is load-bearing and what that means for the cabinet layout, using the real words, then translating them into plain English. He keeps blue painter’s tape and a Sharpie on him at all times. His motto, if you ask, is “measure twice, cut once, then measure again because it’s Florida and the humidity moves things.” Off the clock, he rebuilds classic Honda motorcycles in his garage in Lake Worth Beach.
Sofia R. – Senior Installer
Sofia has been with the Bradford West Palm Beach crew since 2019, and before that she spent five years as a finish carpenter in Orlando. Her specialty is cabinetry and millwork. Getting a bank of KraftMaid or Wellborn cabinets to sit dead level across a 14-foot run when the floor itself isn’t level takes a certain kind of patience, and Sofia has it. She also handles the finish plumbing and fixture installation, which is the difference between a Kohler faucet that works for a decade and one that leaks behind the backsplash in six months. Sofia is the one who lays down ram board before bringing materials through a finished living room, not as a show, but because no homeowner should sweep up construction dust after the crew leaves. She has two rescue greyhounds and can be found at the West Palm Beach GreenMarket most Saturday mornings when there’s no weekend job to wrap.
Dana W. – Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the phone when you call Bradford Remodeling Co West Palm Beach at (728) 203-9809, and yes, it’s always a live person. No phone tree, no “press 2 for scheduling.” She has been scheduling and coordinating residential work in South Florida for eight years. Dana builds the written scope and price for every project before any work starts, so the crew knows exactly what they’re walking into and the homeowner knows exactly what it costs. She’s the reason you get a confirmation call the day before a crew arrives and a straight answer when you ask when the countertop template is happening. She knows the permitting process in the city of West Palm Beach well enough to tell you whether your kitchen remodel needs a mechanical permit or just a plumbing one. Born in Stuart, she’s the office anchor and the person who makes sure the 365-Day Done Right Promise is more than words on a contract.
Andre J. – Apprentice
Andre’s the newest member of the crew, coming up on his second year in the trade. He’s working through a structured apprenticeship, which means he shadows Marcus and Sofia, handles the grunt work with energy, and is progressively taking on his own tasks like vanity installs and hardware mounting. Andre grew up in West Palm Beach, graduated from Forest Hill Community High School, and went straight into construction instead of taking a desk job because, as he says, “I’d rather build something I can point at.” He’s also the one who sweeps and removes debris at the end of every day, because a clean job site isn’t an afterthought, it’s how Bradford works. He’s learning the difference between quick and done right, and he’s already earned the trust to prep and prime before paint goes on. If you see a young guy in a Bradford uniform carefully labeling the breakers he’s temporarily disconnected, that’s Andre.
One Standard, Every Job
Bradford Remodeling Co West Palm Beach is part of the Garrison Partners family, established in 2004, and operated independently here in West Palm Beach. Every location in that family, including ours, is held to The Garrison Standard and The Garrison Code. What those frameworks mean in practice is simple: the crew you see on this page shows up background-checked and uniformed, works from a written scope and a written price, and does not leave until the job is squared away. Squared away means a clean site, a documented scope, and a signed copy of the 365-Day Done Right Promise in your hand. That promise is a written guarantee on every completed project. If the work fails within one year, Bradford returns and corrects it at no charge. Not a pro-rated credit. Not a callback fee. We come back and make it right. That is the standard in West Palm Beach, and it is the standard because Curtis Lane, the owner, enforces it on every job, not occasionally, but every single time.
